A technician inspects the system, takes a baseline purity reading and sets your service dates.

We message you a few days before each visit to confirm a convenient time.

Renewal
Before the year ends you receive a summary of readings and parts replaced, then decide whether to renew.

Care Plan Questions
Do care plans cover purifiers not bought from KHAZAAN?+
Usually, yes. Most reverse osmosis and point-of-entry systems use standard 10-inch housings. Send us a photo of your unit first and we confirm parts are available before you pay.
Are RO membranes included?+
Membranes normally last two to three years, so they sit outside the yearly cartridge allowance. We warn you before one is due and fit it at the listed spare-part price.
What if I move home during the plan?+
Your plan moves with you anywhere we operate in the UAE. We can also refit your purifier at the new address for the standard fitting charge.
