This policy applies to standard catalogue water tanks purchased from KHAZAAN for delivery within the UAE. Please read it before placing an order, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery. This short window reflects the size and nature of water tanks: most are installed shortly after delivery, and a tank cannot be resold once it has been connected to plumbing. Requests made after 2 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the tank to KHAZAAN. Contact us on WhatsApp before sending anything back so we can confirm your return is eligible and advise on the best way to get the tank to us.
The original delivery charge for your order is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. This is separate from, and in addition to, the cost of returning the tank to us.
Refund Process
Once KHAZAAN receives and inspects the returned tank and confirms it meets the conditions above, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, less the original delivery charge. We will keep you updated by WhatsApp throughout the process.

No. Tanks manufactured to a custom or non-standard size are made to order and cannot be returned, since they cannot be resold. This exclusion is confirmed with you at the time of ordering a custom size.
How long does a refund take once my return is approved?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of KHAZAAN receiving and inspecting the returned tank.
